summary of activities !

let me brief up the buzz of activities that took place with regard to windows phone apps in the previous couple of weeks,

activity 1 :

windows has got a major whatsapp update.. which has got in really good features like ..photo comments ,video comments etc , this feature is still not available on the other platforms.

activity 2:

nokia camera app has got a minor update and the main reason of this update was to change the name of the app from "nokia camera" to "lumia camera" and there were some minor bug fixes which were sorted out in this update .

activity 3:

the latest feature of whatsapp which has got it's update today itself ,is the "read" update, now whatsapp provides you the feature of knowing when your message was delivered and when it was read by the receiver and the indication for the 'read' option is marked by a double blue tick symbol.

even in group chats this feature is present , it shows you who have seen your message and to whom it is delivered to.

you can see the above feature on long pressing your message and then selecting 'info' from the display box.

this feature is available on all platforms like windows, symbian ,blackberry 10, android and ios .

the latest version of this updated whatsapp is 2.11.596 (provided for user's reference)
